I am pleased to announce that we have a panel
presentation "Merger and Acquisition Process for Government Contractors"
featuring Kevin P. DeSanto of KippsDeSanto & Co., Jason S. McMillan of CACI
International Inc, and Robert B. Webb III of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P.
Panelists will provide an overview of the Merger and Acquisition process for
government contractors from the perspective of legal counsel, an investment
banker, and a director of corporate development of a frequently acquiring
company and offer insights as to how finance and accounting professionals
with government contractors can best prepare for the process, facilitate the
due diligence and negotiation process, and secure optimum results in a
transaction.
